Infusion certified nursing staff have an average of 10 years of direct patient care experience and are trained and certified in all aspects of complex and chronic infusion therapy including Chemotherapy. IVIG, and IV Antibiotics. And to ensure their skill levels continue to exceed industry standards, the nurses are required to attend training courses on new techniques and drugs available for antimicrobial administration.
